My stay at Occidental Costa Cancun was enjoyable, thanks to the attentive staff and clean facilities. While the food could be improved, and the check-in process was slow, the overall ambiance was pleasant. I appreciated the swimming pool and the 24-hour snack bar, which was quite convenient for my early tours. I would consider returning, especially for the great service.

I had a great stay at Occidental Costa Cancun. The small size of the resort made everything feel more relaxed, with plenty of loungers available by both the pool and beach. However, the beach was a bit disappointing due to sharp pebbles and seaweed. Overall, the staff were fantastic, and the food was quite good, but there was some room for improvement in variety. 🌴😊

I had a beautiful stay at the Occidental Costa Cancun. The smaller size of the hotel meant I never had to wait in line, which was a huge plus. I loved the variety offered at the dining options, especially the ability to book a la carte restaurants each morning. However, I did have an unfortunate experience at check-out regarding the wristband policy that affected my final day. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and appreciated the stunning ocean views from my room.
