My stay at Occidental Costa Cancun was enjoyable, thanks to the attentive staff and clean facilities. While the food could be improved, and the check-in process was slow, the overall ambiance was pleasant. I appreciated the swimming pool and the 24-hour snack bar, which was quite convenient for my early tours. I would consider returning, especially for the great service.

I had a great stay at Occidental Costa Cancun. The small size of the resort made everything feel more relaxed, with plenty of loungers available by both the pool and beach. I had a beautiful stay at the Occidental Costa Cancun. The smaller size of the hotel meant I never had to wait in line, which was a huge plus. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and appreciated the stunning ocean views from my room.
